If we had not any vacant rooms we would be able to book a room for you in another hotel.
- The mini-hotel is rendering services, principal and additional, on the grounds of the Law of the RF "On principles of tourist activities in the RF", Regulations for rendering of hotel services in the RF, provisions of contracts, if any.
- Accommodating of guests in the mini-hotel shall be performed as follows: Check-in: at 12:00 a.m. on the arrival day, local time;
Check-out: till 12:00 a.m. on the departure day, local time.
rooms could be provided for guests before check-in time (early
accommodation) at the same price, if there are empty rooms.
- In the case of later check-out it is recommended to stipulate it in the booking order, but it cannot be later than check-in time and shall be paid for separately:
- in case of departure from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 50% of the rooms price shall be paid;
- in case of departure from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. of the next day 100% room price shall be paid.
- In the case of the guest departure earlier than the day specified in the
order, if there was no notice from the Tourist agency, the hotel reserves the right to receive payment for the whole time of staying specified in the order.
- The mini-hotel reserves the right to change prices in the case of dramatic changes
of exchange rates, as well as other extraordinary circumstances of the economic or
other nature.
- All the additional services, which were not agreed upon between the mini-hotel and the
agency, must be paid for directly by guests in cash acceptable by the
hotel.
