All reservations must be guaranteed by an appropriate form of payment: cash, prepaid by wire transfer or provision of data on your credit card. Payment can be made in rubbles.

- One Night stay in a hotel is calculated from 13:00 to 12:00 of the next day. (Check in 13.00pm and check out at 12.00 o’clock in the afternoon of the next day)

 - Accommodation at the hotel for half of the day can only be booked on the day of arrival after 18:00.

 - Reservation is guaranteed after the prepayment.

 - Prepayment - payment in the amount of 100% of the first night accommodation at the hotel. This sum is considered when the final payment for hotel services is carried out.

 - If there is less than 3 days left before the date of arrival at the time of booking, then a prepayment is not necessary, but in case of cancellation it should be rescinded.Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival, guests in writing (by fax).

Bank cards (We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, AmericanExpress, DINERS CLUB, JCB)

 - You can check in the room using the service «Early Arrivals» (Check-in from 6:00 am to 13:00 pm is calculated as + 50% of one night in a hotel, check in before 6:00 am is relevant to 100% of the room price).

 - When checking out between 12.00 pm and 18.00 pm – payment is taken by the extra hour. Departure after 18-00 pm (until 00:00) is calculated as + 50% of one night in a hotel.

 - If you do not arrive to the hotel from 13.00pm to 18.00 pm without a notice for any late arrivals, the booking will automatically be removed.

 - In case of no-show on the day of arrival or cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival – guests will be charged a penalty of 1 night stay at the hotel (payment will not be returned). If you cancel your reservation no later than 3 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. For booking cancellation you need to write a letter to booking@austrianyard.com or send a fax by phone +7(812)579-82-35.  Reservation is canceled, if in the reply letter the cancellation is confirmed (within one day).

 - Children aged under 3 years can stay for free without extra bed. If you want to add an extra bed you’ll need to pay for it at full cost.

 - If during your time at the hotel you decide to shorten your stay, then you should inform the manager at least one day before the planned departure. If the guest fails to inform about early departure then he/she will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of one night stay.
